入会手续
- 申请入会者须得会员一名介绍人及一名赞成人，并附上两千令吉付款支票，连同申请书交到本会秘书处，并由中央理事会或执行理事会接纳及批准。
- 申请入会者如不获中央理事会批准，将被书面通知本会不须说明不接纳之理由。
- 如在1956年商业注册法令或1965年公司法令下注册之商号及商业机构会员，将原有名字改为或更改为别个名字获得商业或公司注册官批准证件者，受理与否交由中央理事会考虑决定之。
- 如商号及商业机构会员，仍沿用原有名字而只将组织改变者，受理与否交由中央理事会考虑决定之。

- Full set of Company SSM Corporate Information or
SSM Borang E ( Kaedah 13) & Maklumat Perniagaan, Pemilik Semasa
2. Membership fees of RM 2000 (make in cheque payable to Dewan Perniagaan Dan Perindustrian China Perak )
3. Name Card of the Applicant
4. A PCCCI member who propose and sign the application form with company stamp
5. Another PCCCI member who support and sign the application form with company stamp
