The duties of the Board of Independent Jury are as follows:

1. The Board of Independent Jury shall consist of several members, who shall be appointed by the Central Committee of the PCCCI at a meeting of the Central Committee.
2. The Board of Independent Jury shall consist of senior individuals with extensive experience in education, healthcare, finance, law, or other relevant fields.
3. The term of the Board of Independent Jury members shall run concurrently with the term of the PCCCI Central Committee.
4. Responsible for reviewing all study loan applications received and making recommendations regarding their approval.
