PCCCI organized a complete guide for Malaysia E-Invoicing briefing on 19 June 2024 at 10 am at PCCCI 3rd Floor Pak Khuan Hall. Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia Perak (LHDNM Perak) had been invited to share and educate on E-Invoice specific guidelines to enable members prepare for the implementation of e-invoices and support reference.
There are seven transactions that do not allow consolidated E-Invoices: Automotive (sale of any motor vehicle), Aviation (sale of flight ticket / private charter), Luxury Goods and Jewellery, Construction, Wholesalers and retailers of construction materials, Licensed betting and gaming, and Payment to agents / dealers / distributors.
About 81 participants attended the briefing. Attendees included Mr. Lai Weng Keong, Mr. Tan Chong Seng, Mr. Chong Wei Lik, Ir. Ong Kean Sing, Mr. Tan Kin Wai, Mr. Loh Kok Hua and Mr. Lin Chek Toong. The Director of Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia Perak, Tuan Badri Basiran also led 7 officials to assist and solve members’ questions.
